Attorney has been duly registered, pursuant to the provisions of the
Provincial Statute (25 Vic., Cap. 72), and amending Act in that

(hereinafter called the Mortgagor), of the first

gagor, for the consideration therein mentioned, did grant, bargain,
sell and convey unto the Company, their successors and assigns,
the hereditaments hereinafter mentioned and intended to be hereby
granted,
to lbolb the same unto and to the use of the Company, their, suc-
cessors and assigns, for ever, subject however to a f rovi3 ee
said Indenture- of Mortgage contained for redemption of the said
Premises on Payment by the Mortgagor to the Company of the 4_1-
S2lmS Dollars,
in manner therein mentioned, with interest thereon in the meantime
after the rate and at the times therein mentioned.
Ana `whereas it was by the said I ndenturesfurther agreed
and declared that it should be lawful for the Conitany, their suc-
cessors or assigns, to enter into possession of the said hereditaments,

and to sell the same either by public auction or Private sale, and upon
such terms as to Payment or otherwise as they should think Proper,
and to assure the same unto the Purchaser thereof; (i) If' the said
Mortgagor, his heirs, executors or administrators, should make
default in Payment according to the said Proviso in that behalf for
two calendar months, and if there should have elapsed one calendar
month after the time of service on the, Mortgagor, his heirs or
assigns, (in the manner in the said IndentureSProvided) of a
lnotice demanding Payment of so much of the N1 ortgage moneys
as should then be due, without such Payment having been made;
or, (2) If the said Mortgagor, his heirs, executors or administra-
tors, should make such default in payment according to the said
I Proviso lit that behalf for three calendar months, in which latter
event it should not be necessaryfor the Company to give any
notice whatever to the Mortgagor, his heirs or assigns.
