Maver" "Notice A meeting of this Congregation will (D.V.) be held in the basement of the Church on Thursday evening the Twenty first day of July inst., at the hour of 8:45 o’clock, for the purpose of giving or holding the assent of this congregation to the execution of a deed of conveyance by the Trustees to the Pickering Fire Company, of the lands and premises lately occupied by this Congregation as a place of Worship, and Being Composed of Lot Number one in the Village of Pickering, according to the Municipal Plan thereof in pursuance of the sale of the said lands and premises, held on the 23rd day of May A.D. 1892. And, if such assent shall be given, to appoint some person to execute said deed on behalf of this Congregation: the price to be paid by the said The Pickering Fire Company, being $300.00, payable as follows; One Hundred dollars cash, one hundred dollars on June 1st, 1893, and one hundred dollars on June 1st, 1894 with interest at 6 ½ % This notice is given in Pursuance of the Act respecting Property of Religious Institutions, being Chapter 237 of the Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1887. Kerr Sec by W.T. Dunbar that said assent be given, and it was also Resolved on motion of W.D. Gordon sec by John Buchan that G.L. Maver and W.T.
