The book includes the rules and regulation of the Pickering Agricultural Society, the prize list for the 1888 fall show at the
grounds of the Society at the Village of Brougham. The booklet was printed by The Pickering News. The offices and
directors of the Society are also listed as well as several local merchants, businessmen and private citizens who
donated special prizes to the Society.
