"Know all Men by these Presents that I Sarah Winger of the Village of Jarvis in the
Township of Walpole in the County of Haldimand and Province of Ontario and
Dominion of Canada, Legatee under the will of the late William Witter of the
Township of Pickering in the County of Ontario and Province ______ and dated
third of August A.D. 1870 and Registered Seventh June A.D. ________ ______ _ ___
6 and wife of Jacob Winger of the Village of Jarvis, Labourer, ________
consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars of lawful money of Canada
________ hand paid by Alexander Robertson of the Township of Pickering in
County and Province aforesaid at or before the date thereof (the receipt whereof I
do hereby acknowledge) have with the advice and consent of my husband the paid
Jacob Winger bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over, and by those
presents do bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over by the said Alexander
Robertson his heirs and assigns all my estate, rights, titly,interest claim and demand
whatsoever both at law and in equity of in and by what certain parcel or tract of Land
and Premises situate lying and being in the Township of Pickering in the County and
Province aforesaid containing by admeasurement Fifty acres he the same more or
less being composed of the south half of the north half of Lot Number Twenty-one in
the Fourth Concession of the said Township of Pickering in County and Province
aforesaid.To have and to hold the same with all and every the length that may or can
be derived from the said fifty acres of land with the said Alexander Robertson his heirs
and assigns for ever.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seal this Nineteenth day of April
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight-hundred and seventy five.
