To Wit:
IN THE MATTER OF the title to the east 109’ 2” of the West 1014 feet 8 inches of
Lot 14 in the First Concession of the Township of Pickering in the County of Ontario:
We, and ADELIA MECHIN, both of the Township of Pickering in
the County of Ontario,
DO SOLEMNLY DECLARE:
1. That we have been residents of the said Township of Pickering for in excess of
twenty years.
2. That now produced to us and identified by each of us, is a blueprint,
being marked Exhibit “A” to a declaration of one John Poynter of the Township of
Pickering and declared on the tenth day of November 1936, which blueprint accurately
portrays the lands above referred to, and particularly shows clearly the fence forming the
Easterly limit of the said lands.
3. That the said old fence as shown on the said blueprint has formed the Eastern
boundary of the said lands to the best of our knowledge, information and recollection for
the last fifty years, and has always been in the same position, and no person,
to our knowledge, has ever claimed that the said old fence does not truly form the
Easterly boundary of the said lands.
4. That neither of us has ever heard of any claim having been made adverse to the
title of John Poynter, the present owner of the said lands or his predecessors in title.
5. That the said John Poynter and his predecessors in title have always enjoyed
open, rotorious, continuous, undisputed and unmolested possession of the said lands
and premises and every part thereof and that we have never heard of any claim adverse
to the successive titles of the said John Poynter or his predecessors in title.
AND I MAKE THIS solemn declaration conscientiously believing it to be true and
knowing that it is the same force and effect as if made under oath and by virtue of the
Canada Evidence Act.

being parts of Lots 9 and 10, plan 11;
I, ADELIA MECHIN, of the Township of Pickering in the County of Ontario, Widow,
DO SOLEMNLY DECLARE: -
1. THAT I have been a resident of the said Township of Pickering for more than
twenty years.
2. THAT now produced to me and identified by me is a blue-print being marked
Exhibit “A” to a declaration of one John Poynter of the Township of Pickering declared
on the Twelfth day of November, 1936, which blueprint accurately portrays the lands
above referred to, and particularly shows clearly the fence forming the Easterly limit of
the said lands.
3. THAT the said old fence as shown on the said blue-print has formed the Eastern
boundary of the said lands to the best of my knowledge, information and recollection for
the last fifty years, and has always been in the same position, and no person, to my
