Probate has now been granted to you by the Surrogate Court of the County of
Ontario. I have registered the certified copy of the Probate in the Registry Office at
Whitby, so that the mortgage No. 14975 is now vested in you as executrix of this estate.
I am now enclosing:
(1) The original Probate to which is attached Consent of the Treasurer of Ontario
No. R113548. It will be necessary for you to produce this when you wish to discharge
the mortgage.
(2) Notarial copies thereof (3 copies).
(3) Firm account made up of $30.00 and disbursements totaling $26.38.
You will observe that the Probate has been registered in the Registry Office for the
County of Ontario in the General Register on the 22nd day of December, 1936, as
No. 7502.
If there is any further information which you require in connection with the Estate,
do not hesitate to write me.
