RE:
1.- That I am one of the devisees and executors under the
will of my father, Peter 'Taylor, late of the 1'ouishiu of Pickering
in the Deputy of Ontario, who died on or about the. 19th.day of
January 1874, such last will and testament bearing date the 24th.
day.of February 1871, wherenf probate was granhed to Caroline
Taylor, widow of the said Peter Taylor, Charles Taylor, of Whitby,
Printer, and myself, by ins Surrogate Court, of the County of Ontar-
io, by Letters Probate dated the zth.dav of IarC�, Tufa.
2.- My said motlher, Cairolinc Taylor, the widsey of thr said
Peter Taylor, departed this life on the 27th.day o P July 1887.
8.- My brother, William Peter 'Taylor, mentioned in the said
will, predeceased the said Caroline Taylor.
4.- My brothers, Cbarlss Taylor and Robert S.Taylor,,men-
idCned in the said will, my sister, Sarah Wetherald, mentioned in
the said will and myself, were t1v only children of the said Peter
Taylor who stTvived the said Caroline Taylor_
5.- I personally know that all the funeral chargee and debts
of thesaid testator, Peter Taylor,

o.- I nm of ile full age of pw�y lw years and have resided
either in the Township of Pickering or Athe Town of Whitby during
all the time, except for very short intarvalss,/, and I am able to say
that my said father for the period of/Fc✓�o�� fears piece/ding his
death was in the actual ens visible occupation of the above mnn-
tinned land mid in the free and uninterrupted use of the same with-
out hindrance or molestation from any person or uersons. coroner-
Otion or corporations whomsoever and no claim was ever made upon
my said father in respect, of the mid land for possession of the
same by any person or p ersana,. c orporat i on or corporations adverse
bad
in interest to him, and I am satisfied thatImy such claim been
made I duoudd have heard of the same.
V.- Since the decease of my said father either the said
Caroline "Taylor or the said Charles Taylor, Sarah Wetherald, Robert,
S.Taylor, or myself,have been in the actual visible and undisputed
occopatien of The mid land and no one has ever made any claim ad-
verse to the parties named or myself to the possession of the Raid
lands or my part theranf.
And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing
the same to be Ime and by virtne of the Act respecting Rxtra-judi-
cial oaths.
