Hamilton in the County of Wentworth, Manufacturer, DO
SOLEMNLY DECLARE:-
1- THAT Charity Ann Lamoreaux the grantee mentioned
in a deed from James L. Palmer and Sarah Ann McIntosh dated
the thirtieth day of May one thoussud eight hand red and
seventy-four was my mother.
2- My mother the said Charity Ann Lemoreaux Bled an
or about the sixth day of Tannery one thousand eight hundred
sad -eighty without leaving any Will or other Testamentary
dispcsitlon.
3- The said Charity Ann Lamoreaux left her surviving
her husband Thomas W. LamOreaux end three children and no
others, namely - James Wilmot Lamoreaux, this deponent.
Samuel Woodruff Lsmoreaux and Sarah Lasalle Lamoreaux. The
said Charity Ann Lamoreaux never had any other children,
4- That my sister Sarah Lasalle Lanoreaux carried
one Azor Booth.
6- That my said sister Sarah Lazells Booth died in-
testate, in or about the year one thousand eight hundred
and ninety-two and left her surviving her husband the said
Azar Rooth and one child only namely, Blake Lamoreaux Booth
and the said Sarah Iazelle Booth never had any other
children.
6- net my father the said Thanes T. Lamoreaux is
a widower.
AND I MAEE THIS SOLEMN DECLARATION conscientiously

force and effect as if made Under oath and by virtue of
the Canada Evidence Act.
