Pickering College.
The music department of the College is under the charge of Miss E. Labatt, teacher in the
Toronto Conservatory of Music. Her qualifications for the work are shown by the following
testimonial from Martin Krause, Leipzig.
"Miss Ephie Labatt was my pupil for two years and has completed her studies with the
greatest success.
She has acquired a faultless technique and beautiful tone, is musical and phrases well, is
capable of being a successful concert player, and will also make a fine teacher, as she has
studied my method thoroughly.
I wish the graceful and talented pianist the best success."
