County of Ontario on the 18th day of April, 1893, so-so.

sum Of $2000 .payable in the manner in said Mortgage Get

AND WERRRAS the party oS the First Part hes requested,
the party of the Second Part to extend the time fw tM
payment of Chs said Marys and to redeem the interest from
six per cert to the rate of five per cent par annum, which
the party of the Second Part agrees to do in consideration

contained;
NOW THIS I09MM WrT11R.SSRTH that In considemtlon of
the promises it Is hereby agreed between the parties hereto
that tta said principal Sum of Two thousand dollars shell
become due and be, paid five yeses from the .8etanteenth d&
of April, 1898, with interest thereon at the rate of five
per cert per annum payable yearly on every seventeonth day
of October during said term until the said principal $un is
fully paid and satisfied, interest to be reamed from the
19th day of October lest past, the first payment of Interest
to be made an the 17th day of October next, 1898.

heirs, executors, and administrators covenants with the

any surety for the paymart of the Said mortgage dept or any
part thereof, or any other liability under the said mortgage
Provided that nothing herein contained shall affect the
charge of the party of the second part on the said lands
under the said mortgage, and t Net on default in payme rt of

port, be null and void, and the said mortgage With all its
tarns and conditions unaltered be and ranain in frill f sees
