(nee Gates) - Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday January 16, 2005, at the age of 64.
Beloved mother of Stephanie, she leaves behind David Wollin, who was her husband for 30
years. Jill was the daughter of the late Rolland and Margaret Gates, and will be lovingly
remembered by hers sisters Lorna(Jim) Astels and Carol (Clive) Gay and their children.
She is also survived by her mother-in-law Mildred Wollin and he son Peter (Heidi), Kenneth
(Judy), Andrew (Karen) and their families. Jill had an endless passion for books and as the
librarian in Claremont for about 20 years, she will be fondly remembered by a large number of
friends and companions within the commnity. Jill will also be dearly missed by Winston,
Charlotte and Tabitha.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the McEachnie Funeral
Home, (905-428-8488). A Memorial Sevice will be held on Sataurday, January 29, 2005 at
1:00 p.m. at the Claremont Baptist Church (1790 Central Street, Claremont , Ontario).
Should family and friends so desire, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be
greatly appreciated.
