Greenwood, PO Dear Sir re Burke Mortgage We enclose you herewith the mortgage to McKenzie, the assignment of it to Mr. Wemyss and discharge, also the following title papers: assignment DW Witter to JB Burke; assignment Sophrania Hodger, to JB Burke; assignment Asa Witter to Alex Robertson, assignment to Wm Willis to JB Burke assignment Sarah Winger to Alx Robertson and copy will of J.B. Burke. We saw Mr. Clarkson about making allowances to Mr Burke, he does not under the circumstances feel called upon to make any further all-owances than the interest that has already been allowed off, except that he has paid us the cost of the discharge which proposing should fall upon Burke.
