—After an illness of some month's duration, Isabella McCreight died at the family residence
near Cherrywood, on Thursday, evening, October 28th. Deceased, was a young lady of more
than ordinary attainments, being an elocutionist that found favor wherever she appeared,
but of a retiring nature. The family is an old one in Pickering township, and their many friends
join us in expressing sympathy with the surviving members at their recent bereavement.
The funeral on Sunday was attended by a large concourse.
