(formerly of Altona). Mr. White served in World War #1 from 1914-1918, and carried these
pictures with him while on duty. Note on reverse side of this photo reads "12 o'clock at
midnight. This is exactly at the beginning of the New Year 1917 and I write this prayer.
God bless my dear wife and children at home. Rolph."
