ARTICLES OF AGREIIAMTT dated the first day of
June, 1929.
BETWEEN:
DAVID CORBETT of the Village of
Fairport in the Township of Pickering
formerly of the City of Toronto, City
Fireman, and ADA CORBETT his wif e,
hereinafter caller "The Vendors"
OF THE FIRST PART

"The Purchasers"
OF THE SECOND PAIC
WIT!7,ESSF,TH that the Vendors sell to the
purchasers and the Purchasers Buy from the Vendors All and
Singular that certain parcel or tract of land situate lying
and being in the Township of Pickering in the County of
Ontarios being composed of parts of lots numbers twenty-three
and twenty-four in the broken front of the said Township of
Pickering described as follows: COILIENCING at a point on
the westerly limit of a, travelled road which is a
continuation of Front Street shown on registered plan number
65 for 6ho Villagc cf Fairport the said point being at the
intersection of a fence line where the said travelled road
intersects the north limit of a right of way hereinafter
described; THENCE NORTHERLY along the existing fence line on
the west side of the said tra,celled road, twenty-five feet;
THEi?CE WESTIRLY parallel to the north limit of said right of
way, one hundred and five feet; THEIXE SOUTHERLY parallel
to the vest lir:lit of the said travelled road, twenty-five feet
to a point in the north limit of said right of way distant
one hundred and five feet from the place of beginning;
THEy:CE EASTERLY along; the north limit of said right of way
one hundred and five feet to the place of beginning.
TOGETHER bvITH a right of way in common with the said Vendors
thirty-three feet more or less wide described as follows:

before described; thence southerly seventy four degrees

west along the southerly limit of the lands above
described and continuing thence in a straight line five
chains more or 1 es. to the iwaters of the Bay, thence
southerly along the waters edge thirty thr e feet, 'hence
easterly in a straight line to a point in the westerly limit
of said street distant thirty three feet southerly from
the point of com;:;enc ement of the said roadway, thence
northerly along the said westerly limit of said street
thirty three feet to the place of beginning. TOGETHER WITH
the right in comr,ion with the said Vendors and their
assigns to the use of the well and pump situated near
the western extremity of the lands her einbefore described
Together with the right of access to the &aid well and
pump by the neatest dista.ncefrori the lands hereby sold
to the purchasers at or for the price or sum of .FIVE
HUNDRED DOLLAIEZ payable as follows: One Hundred Dollars
on the execution of these presents and the balance in
equal consecutive half yearly instalments of $50.00 each
payable on the first day of December, 1929, and on the
first days of June and December in the years 1930, 1931
and 1932 and the balance on the first day of June, 1933,
with interest on all unpaid balance at the rate of six
per cent per annum payable half yearly along with the said
instalments of principal with the privilege to the
purchasers to increase any of the said payments of
principal by any amount and with the right to pay off the
whole of the said Durcha.se money at any time before
maturity without notice or bonus.
The purchasers accept the title of the Vendors
and the purchasers covenant with the vendors and each of
then, that the purchasers will pay the said purchase money
and interest as above set out and will also pay all
municipal rates and taxes proportioned from and after the
date hereof.

time shall
be of
the essence of
,,..-a % this agreement and if at any time the Durchasers shall be
in default for one calender month the Vendor may after
btv one calender months notice in writing cancel this
agreement and forfeit all monievA paid thereon as
liquidated damages and thereupon this agreement shall be
terminated. The said notice may be given to any grown
up person on the said premises if occupied or by posting
the same on the said premises if unoccupied ;nd such
notice will be good and effectual notice to the purchasers.
The Statut»ry Declaration of the Vendors as to default
and notice shall be sufficient proof of the same and no
subsequent purchaser shall require any further evidence of
the same.
Provided that all the terms, provisoesq
covenants and conditions of this agreement shall extend to
and be binding upon the executorw, administrators and
assigns of the vendor and of the purchasers.
