Hymn #23 The Hymnary ( congregation seated)
-.hen all Thy mercies, 0 my uodl.
My rising soul surveys,
Transported with the view, I'm lost
In wander, love, and praise.
0 how shall words, with equal warmth.
The gratitude declare
That glows within mar ravished heart?
But Thou canst ready it there.
Ten thousand thousand precious gifts
MY daily thanks employ;
iTor is the least a cheerful heart
That tastes these gifts with joy.
'When worn with sickness, oft bast Tr1ou
`;.Tith health renewed my face;
And, when in sins and sorrows stuik,
Revived ,:ir soul with grace.
Through evenr -n;riod of my life
Thy goodness I'll pursue;
And after death, in disteat worlds,
The glorious theme renew.
"Then nature fairs, and da-T and niGht
Divide Thy works no more,
T"y ever-,rateful heart, 0 Lord,
Thy mercy shall adore.

forgive our abuse of your creation. Give us
vision of the City whose street .is a river of
living waters, where the tree of life blooms.,
and its le•,wes are for the healing of men. In
