Hard-surfaced Brock Road, running between No. 2 and No. 7 Highways at Brougham is a
broken mass of paving north of the 5th Concession of Pickering Township and has been
closed pending repairs. Council members have to detour to meetings. Farmers say
conditions are worst in 20 years.
