Thomas Poucher, Gentleman, of the Townsip of Pickering, dated October 16, 1916.
THIS IS THE LAST HILL AHD TESTAMENT of me,
THOMAS PONCHEB, 0f the Village of Brougham, in the Township
of Pickering, and In the County and province of Ontario,
Gentleman, made this Sixteenth day of vetober, in the year
of our cord one thousand nine hundred end sixteen.
1, THOMAS PONCBEB, of the aforesaid Village of
Drougbam, Gentleman, being of Bound and disposing mind and
memory, do make and publish this my last Will Sud Teetument,
hereby revoking all former Willa Or other testamentary dis-
positions by me at any time heretofore made.
1ST. 1 HEHEBY COSSTITNTE AED APPOINT my son Norman Young
Poacher, my daughter Adelia Beebin and By friend Donald n.
Beaton to be Hzeautore of this my lest bill, directing By
Bald Bxecutors to pay W just dents and funeral and testa-
mentary expenses, and the legacies hereinafter given, out of
my personal estate,
SND. I GIVE AND DEVISE unto By grand daughter Blanche
Meehin the sum of wa hundred Dollars, providing I shall not
have Wself paid that sum to her in my lifetime. If se paid
by me then this bequest shall be null and void, otherwise to
be paid to my said grand daughter within one year from the
time of my decease.
32D. 1 BITE diD DEVISE unto my grand eon Arohle eoueher
Mechln the sum of One hundred Dollars, providing I shall not
have myself paid that sum to him 1n my lifetime. if Be
paid by me then this bequest shall be null and void, other-
wise to be paid to By said grand eon within one year from
the time of my decease.
4TH. 'sHEBEAS MY late wife Mary A. Scouter before her
death, expressed the wish that our eon, the Bald Norman
Young Toucher, and oar daughter, the Said Adella Rwanda,
should be given certain articles of our furniture and other
goods and chattels respectively, and left a memorandum, in
her but handwriting, of the articles she wished each to
have, which memorandum Is now in W possession, and whereas
my said eon and daughter knew of the said memorandum and of
the articles which their said mother wished them ito have
respectively; and whereas since the death of W said wife
1 have, in my own handwriting, adds& certain articles to the
Said memorandum, to be given to W said eon and daughter
respectively, in addition to those noted thereon by their
mother as aforesaid; therefore 1 do hereby give and devise
unto my said eon and daughter respectively the articles nam-
ed in the said memorandum to be given to each, whether noted
thereon by ew said wife or by myself.
dig. 1 DINVOT that after my said ohildran have taken
and received the artieles mentioned in the aforesaid memo-
randum, my said eon and daughter Shall be allowed to have
and purchase all or any articles of furniture, or any art1-
else of domestic use or ornament, including books, pictures
and other household effects which may belong to me and be
in, about or belonging to the house or premises in which 1
am residing at the time of my decease, cash taking such
articles as they may desire to have respectively, and at
Such prices or valuation as shall be m tmally agreed upon
by my said eon and daughter.
STE. 1 DEVISE &IID BEQUEATH all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, both reel and personal, of which I
Shall be seised and possessed, or to which 1 may be entitled,
at the time of W decease, and not otherwise disposed of by
Sty Codicil hereto, Unto my Said son Barman ioung Poacher
and W said daughter Adelie Senate. 1n equal parte, share
