W H E R E A S by Indenture bearing date the fifteenth day of
September one thousand eight hundred and eighty.four the said

the County of Ontario, such Conveyance being made to enable the

agreeneat for such sale has been entered into between the said

said party of the first part doth hereby grants assign and transfer
