I hereby purchase and agree to pay for the 8% Convertible five year, Gold Notes,
of the Lewis Oil Corporation, to the amount of the face value of $20000 , with which I
am to receive common Class “A” stock, fully paid and non-assessable, par value $10
per share, of the Lewis Oil Corporation, in the amount of the face value of $360.00 to
be paid for in cash or its equivalent.
I tender herewith $2500 and 360 shares of Peace River Pet Co. Stock Banlance of
17500 to be paid by April 1st 1925 in the face value of $360, as my full payment for
Gold Notes and Shares purchased, on acceptance and receipt of full payment, I am to
receive Gold Notes with all semi-annually Gold Note Coupons attached, which fall due
there-after and Shares of Stock duly transferred to me.
I have read descriptive printed circular issued by the Lewis Oil Corporation and fully
understand that the statements of facts in same have been verified by the President of
the Lewis Oil Corporation and by him reported to be correct and that you believe them to
be correct but do not guarantee them. This sales agreement (the duplicate of which I
acknowledge having received), embraces the entire understanding between us and
there are no other promises or representations inducing this purchase agreement.
All Gold Notes and Certificates of Stock of the Lewis Oil Corporation,

and insured at seller’s expense.
